so true,,,I guess there were lots of not so fresh smelling people walking the streets. That movie and of course "Jaws"...I could not go in the ocean for WEEKS or even eat fish:)
I like what you did with her screaming face.

omw! I have forgotten about that movie - I dont think I ever saw the original but lots of remakes and so on - scary!

I've never seen that movie, or even the remakes, but I appreciate how scared people must have been. Mass hysteria is a common phenomenon. I'm sure your bringing it back to life through art is yet another way of dealing with and accepting it. Of cores, it's a great digi entry, too!

I love this take on fear... Hitchcock seemed to get it so right didn't he! I tried to explain to my daughter how he managed to be so scary when the movies are only PG... we are heading into the Hitchcock festival at our local art gallery so she can find out... perfect timing on your piece xx

Hitchcock was great at building suspense, I only saw the movie on a tv, probably would have been scary in a dark theater. Nice editing and coloring of the photo, too.

Great submission! Once you have seen this movie, you will always think about it if you are in the shower and ALONE!

That Psycho scene really did scare everyone. I'll admit I have peeked around the shower curtain before going in.

Awesome entry--almost anything Hitchcock scares me, but this one tops the list!
