Inspiration Ave/ seamstress

I have always admired those who make quilts!!!
I was going thru my "sewing " pictures and came across these beauties.
From an exhibit at the American Folk
Art Museum about 10 years ago.

I did no altering, I just wanted you to see these paintings in cloth!!!

Peggy, the quilts are truly works of art! I saw a TV show once on HGTV, which we no longer get, that had some gorgeous quilts that were so much like paintings. I don't quilt so I really appreciate any of them. Faye

The quilts are just gorgeous! I've done some quilting, but I am still always amazed at what can be accomplished with fabric.
