Melancholia
Suspended in space waiting
What is next for me?

I agree, sadness does sometimes feel like one is suspended in space. Observing nature, in its ever-changing grandeur, comforts me. Be warm!!

Melancholy does seem to suspend reality! Descriptive, emotive haiku!

I love the timeless quality to your art and the words to match!

We all have spells of melancholy. Usually something magnificent emerges. Best of luck.

It's a great haiku, Peggy!
I hope you aren't melancholy...if you are, I am sure it will pass ♥

Such beautiful art and pensive words...just remember, things can change on a dime. I always take a little road trip or volunteer to change my perspective when I'm down. Celebrate your life in little ways and have some fun, yes?

I am not a Buddhist, but as I understand Buddhism, the answer to your question would be: There is no next, only now. (Yeah, not very satisfying, I know.)
