Haiku my heart

Beauty not always
perfection, imperfection
can be beautiful!

Perfect tulips stand up straight and tall, but what they do naturally is quite lovely!

Lovely, Peggy. I like your haiku, too. Tulips usually droop around here. But this isn't a good area for tulips.

What a lovely arrangement. And I love your Haiku.

You are right on the mark about tulips. We had a beautiful bouquet of tulips in the house a couple of months ago and I photographed them from bud to final petal drop. From start to finish, is was a wonder to enjoy.

I enjoyed your haiku and the reflection of the tulip on the plate as well as the actual flower.

i think we are so accepting of flowers...from tight green buds to complete unfurling. oh to have the same fascination and acceptance of our own journey through time.

Perfection is an illusion. I prefer the beauty of reality.

You're right! But over the years my definition has of perfection changed...I guess accepting that I am not perfect and can never be allows some sense of reality!

Lovely haiku and picture. I love when the tulips open up and bend.
