Haiku my heart

Machinery is
noisy so send in the sheep
they munch quietly!

There is aanarea below us that needs mowing each year for fire protection. Instead of bringing out the noisy tractors they hire a sheep man, his dog and his sheep. He marks off areas for the sheep to eat and as each area is cleared he lets them onto the next place. Usually takes 3 days and NO noise and fun to watch the activity!!!

This seems like such a sane way to get the job done. I suppose the shepherd has a border collie and whistles the dog instructions to move the sheep and keep them in the 'certain' area. It's all good. Love the way you put the haiku to tell the story, didn't need any pictures, but they were nice to see as well.

Peace
