A little disappointed.

Thank you all for your kind words and support for the calendar page I submitted to Cloth, Paper, Scissors for the 2010 calendar. I was NOT one of the winners. 

But, you know, it is a beautiful day here and we are having Zacherys pizza for dinner(thin crust ,the BEST) and tomorrow I am going to try the new Tap transfer paper I ordered from Lesley Riley. I will sulk for a moment and then it's done!!!

Mr and Mrs Bird move in to their new residence!!!!

I watched this little bird hopping on the patio with a feather in his mouth. The birds are busy building nests in our area. He looked lost. I stood very still and he kept looking around like he didn't know where to go. Then, he hopped over to the table and went into my birdhouse!!!!! I've never had birds live in any of my birdhouses, so this is very exciting. I keep putting little tufts of dryer lint on the table so they can use it for their nest and they have been taking them! I will try and get a picture of the couple for you to see. I have to be very quiet when I open and close the door!

Lets see how this develops !

I made a gel medium transfer onto a 6"x6" canvas.

I thought it might be fun to see how this piece progresses!

My crazy mixed up kitchen corner . I found Jocko(stieff) in a local antique shop. I traded a french chocolate pot for him. She was happy, I think I was happier!
