Great mail art, Peggy. The picture you made for the challenge takes me back (not as far as the photo) to the days when "fancy dress" parties were common for kids. They were held in the local municipal halls and were huge fun. No hiring of costumes in those days. Our mothers had to be very inventive to come up with something that might win a prize. Your collection of hand-drawn cards and wonderful.
