  7. Thanks for the lovely daffodils, Peggy. I like the painterly effect you have given them. Gaby mentions that there are no daffodils in Brazil. We have the same problem here in Oz where the only way we can grow daffodils and other bulbous spring flowering plants is to keep the bulbs in the refrigerator crisper for a couple of months before planting. No chill, no flowers. Even then it is a game of hit and miss - and in my case mostly MISS.

  11. I love those 'spiky' daffodils...and how you've manipulated your photo. It's still too early for daffodils here, but since we don't have our regular snow, the flowers might come earlier.

  14. Very pretty choice for the flowers theme--I love daffodils. Cannot wait for Spring to arrive this year--it's been a tough winter with sooo much snow, ugh. Thanks for sharing this bright spot of hope for better days. =)
