Very cute. It looks like Christopher Robin--but no Pooh! You asked about the fabric paper--yes-you could make it--its glue and water mixture 1 to 2; muslin base and scraps of papers. You can sew on it if you want to--because the muslin makes it stronger for sewing, but you could just use it as paper and paint on it-whatever.
