Yes, this was hand drawn by me of me, a self portrait!!!
I thought my card was very similar to the contemporary cards being made at that time.
The cards were usually narrow and tall and had minimal writing on the inside.

ReplyDeletei used to make cards, too - actually, i won honorable mention in an eaton stationary (stationery?) contest, when i was perhaps 14 years old...the prize was a huge box FULL of their cards and notepads and such. miss peggy - tell me the history of that wonderful photograph in your banner?!! you bunch of nuts!!!!!
