My grandma used to make these by the dozen and paint them green or gold and glitter 'em up! She loved to glitter things up. Long line of glitterers. :O)

These look great - grandma margery used to do this from saved wrapping paper - but I love the funky-ness of the magazines...will make a great vignette.
I feel the need to make trees! Simple , effective and most stylish! I enjoyed having a good look at your blog don't normally get much of a chance to blog hop ... but I have today .. thanks ..Ian going to make trees ....now!! Sarah
As someone who upcycles, I should be doing that with magazines. I really love these and I can envision them on your Christmas dining table. Also love seeing your desk (#4).
