Inspiration Avenue/ summer sun!

When I first started decoupage (2002?) I made this garden tray using clip art, stickers and images from garden catalogs. Then I added details with paint. It is sealed with several layers of varathane so I don't worry about using it,
Kind of folk art and elementary, but it's all my favorite things!

    It's so feminine and pretty. Wonderful colors, and it has all the elements of a carefree summer day! I'll bet it makes you happy every time you use it :)

    I still love decoupage. Really, when you think of it, all of our collage of today is based on it. Your tray is the essence of summer. I love it.

    It's so pretty. I have a tray I decoupaged too - I went through a phase of covering everything in tiny pieces of carefully cut out paper!

    Decoupage is hard, especially all those fussy cuts. So I can see why this is a favorite. Looks like summer fun to me, too!
