Very beautiful and stunning portrait. My mother loved Mary and had many statues around her room. I have followed with paintings and likenesses I have collected. very nice.
completely enchanting...and that you have basked in her beauty since childhood? heartwarming! thank you for allowing us a view into a mother's heart and yours.
The only Francesco Morelli I knew of was French, 17th century, I think, but this doesn't look like his work. I do love this, however. So very feminine and filled with joy.
Oh what a gorgeous painting. I love it - how Mary is swept up with her baby. So beautiful.
