ReplyDeleteGosh, Peggy -- you are bringing back great memories. I had no idea that the artist is called Ida Bohatta, but, of course, I am VERY familiar with her work. You see, when I went to school, each child could choose a little card with an Ida Bohatta picture when you got a good grade. Thus I have a little collection of those cards! When I come across them, I will be sure to take pictures and share them on my blog. Most likely nowadays teachers don't hand out those cards anymore (maybe Pokemon cards?), yet I will remember how excited I was every time I got to choose one of the motives. It was such a hard choice, as each and everyone was just lovely.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs,
Birgit
