I have a friend in one of my first yahoo groups who detests peas! Of course you know what her art friends do, create art about peas!!!! She has suffered through
Peas on earth
Give peas a chance
and many more!
I made the clay head a year ago and always planned on doing something with it for her!
I found the perfect pea green bottle and then the awesome pea like trim.
This challenge made me put it all together for her!!!!
I call it
Mr. Peabody!

Three Muses/ pick a pair!

I immediately thought of my salt and pepper shaker collection!
This is a favorite. Boat with man and woman. My husband and I love boating and this pair was a gift! I put the boat in front of a Lake Tahoe Weekly and then took a picture!
Then I used a little smudge stick from photoshop.

Remember that this whole month is dedicated to saving turkeys!!!!!

MMM Opposites attract!!!!

I immediately thought of the fairy tale, Beauty and the Beast!
This is an illustration by Margaret Evans Price.
She was an illustrator of children's books in the 30's.
BUT, I also discovered that she and her husband Herman Fisher, established the company of
I thought that was interesting!!
So I did nothing to this charming illustration except add a border and some grass and flowers!
