Cut out collage sheet image, added watercolor pencils and glitter to image.
Be on the lookout for the plastic and metal ornaments which are just starting to show up. This is metal,plastic, and you place photo inside. I added the ribbon
Cost $4.50! It really doesn't look like $4.50, better!
