It is wonderful to have a memory corner ...I have a couple of shelves in a cupboard full of things that ...to others ...mean nothing but each item brings back a memory to me.

Oh yes! Love your 'old cupboard' covered with your lovely stuff. Every tiny bit of my 'junk' as hubby calls it, reminds me of some one or something, or somewhere, so will never be thrown away.
they're nice to keep, to remind you when your brain forgets things!
