paintpatyfriday/ pastel finished!

Thank you all for your encouraging comments last week!

I think I got back to most of you and if I missed anyone will try to get to you this weekend!

I did not have a mat to fit the painting exactly. I used 1 slightly bigger and found some paper to put under as a background. thenI centered the painting on the top of the paper. I adhered it with "red sticky tape"!

I remark using pastel pencils, soft pastels. I shave the pastels with a craft knife into small palette. Add some water to them and then add details with a brush.
