In my own backyard!!!!! Happy Pink Saturday!

Well, almost! It is 10 minutes away!
Cottage Jewel!
Here is a gift Marcia, the owner, gave me today! I was telling her about Pink Saturday and she let me take the following pictures!!!!
This is just a "small " section of the pinks and she has other sections divided into colors. Antique jewelry, buttons, buttons, buttons, China, purses, hats, shells, embellishments of all kinds! She also sells handmade treasures of several artists.
And, she has small classes by well known artisans!
So, if you are ever in the bay area of San Francisco, it is well worth the trip to Danville, CA. There are at least 8 excellent restaurants with in walking distance.
Have fun!!!

I discovered Karen at
Go by and see her lovely painting and history, charming!!!

Imagine my surprise when I read your lovely post. Before my parents retired they lived in Daville up on the hills off of Crow Canyon Drive. It is a small world isn't it, Happy Pink Saturday, Char

Thanks for stopping by my blog and welcoming me to Pink Saturday. I am so excited to have people leaving comments. What beautiful photos of beautiful things. I would love to be able to visit there. But alas, much to far from Michigan. I see you enjoy altered art, too. Hope you had a wonderful Pink Saturday.

Lovely Pink Saturday post and sweet blog, too. Woke up to a dusting of snow on the ground so even thought this isn't Saturday I really needed a boost! Today you made me smile...

Sorry, I didn't get to see everyone yesterday. I had important business. My 11 year-old grandson was playing football and he wanted Mimi to go to the out-of-town-last-of-the-season-game. THEY WON AGAINST AN UNDEFEATED TEAM! WOO-HOO! 35 - 17☺

Hope the coming week blesses you with sunshine, happiness and good friends.
